Return Policy

VIP Hair Colour is here to help you get a refund if you have received a damaged or open package with tampered quality. This is how you can go about raising your grievance.

If you have received a damaged product package, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Please contact our customer support team at +91 91558 11111 to initiate the return process. Our team will review your request within 14 business days and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

REFUND POLICY (if applicable):

1. Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
2. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify their condition.
3. If the product(s) are found to be in the same condition as when they were shipped, we will initiate the refund or exchange as per your request.
4. Please note that replacement of the product(s) will depend on their availability in our stock.

If your request is approved, you may need to self-ship the product(s) to us using a reliable courier partner.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, from our end. Exchange is applicable with the same, ordered, item only.
